What this app is

Sri Bhakti Bhava offers daily Bhagavad Gita verses, an AI guide grounded in Hindu scripture, devotional music, and digital keepsakes. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

The app is written for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian’s permission, and only they should make any purchase. Buying a subscription or a digital product requires that you be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or that an adult does it for you.

The AI guide is a companion, not an authority

Responses from the guide are generated by an AI system. They are offered as spiritual reflection and companionship, not as professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and not as authoritative religious rulings. For ritual specifics, consult your family tradition or a qualified priest; for health or crisis situations, seek professional help. AI responses can be imperfect; the Sanskrit scripture itself is always authoritative over any rendering or explanation we provide.

Subscriptions

• Weekly ($7.99/week) and Annual ($59.99/year) plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• New subscribers may be offered an introductory period, either free or at a reduced price. Its length and price are shown on the plan itself before you subscribe, and again in the payment confirmation (Apple’s on iPhone, Stripe’s on the web) before you pay. When it ends, the plan renews at its regular price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Each person can use one introductory offer.
• Lifetime ($149.99) is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
• In the iOS app, purchases are billed to your Apple Account and managed in your device Settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions). On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details on either.
• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may vary by region and are shown before you confirm any purchase.

Digital products & refunds

Digital products (wallpaper packs, reading plans, printable sheets) are delivered immediately by download link after payment. Because they are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final, but if something went wrong (a failed download, a duplicate charge, a product that isn’t as described), email us from the Support page within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

Fair use

The free tier includes a daily number of guide questions. Don’t attempt to bypass usage limits, abuse the AI systems, resell access, or use the app to generate harmful content. We may restrict access that violates these terms.

Content

The Sanskrit text of the Bhagavad Gita is ancient scripture in the public domain and is reproduced verbatim from the tradition. No licence is required to print it and none is claimed by us.

The English renderings are our own plain-language work, written fresh for this app. To check each one for meaning, it was compared against the English translations of Swami Sivananda and Shri Purohit Swami; their wording is not reproduced. The verses in the daily selection were rendered by hand. No existing translation is reproduced anywhere in this app.

Reflections, devotional music, artwork, and the reading plans sold in the shop are our own work. Please don’t republish them commercially without permission. Aarti lyrics are traditional and in the public domain, verified against published sources before inclusion. Your conversations with the guide are yours.

If you believe anything in this app infringes your copyright, write to us from the Support page with the work concerned and where it appears, and we will investigate and remove it if the claim is sound.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
